MyChart Fast Pass

Good Samaritan patients using MyChart can now take advantage of Fast Pass to move up their appointments. If an earlier time becomes available, you will receive a text message or MyChart alert. Fast Pass checks for openings each evening, and 5 eligible patients are notified. You'll have two hours to accept or decline the new time. If you are accepted for the new appointment time, your original appointment will be canceled and your new, earlier appointment will be confirmed.

How to Use Fast Pass

Making a New Appointment

  1. Log into MyChart.
  2. Select "Schedule an Appointment."
  3. Opt-in to the Wait List when finalizing your appointment.
  4. For scheduling over the phone, ask the scheduler to add you to the Wait List.

Existing Appointments

  1. Log into MyChart.
  2. Select "Visits."
  3. Select "Details."
  4. Select "Get on the Wait List."
