Billing Resources

We strive to provide the best overall experience for our patients, but that doesn’t stop when you are done with your medical care. Part of our commitment is assisting you with financial concerns pertaining to your medical care.

Your bill represents charges for services you received at Good Samaritan, Good Samaritan Physician Network, and/or the Samaritan Center. If you have any questions or would like to have your bill explained, please contact the Central Billing Office at 812-885-3325.

Any Consulting Specialist, Radiologist, Pathologist, or Emergency Room Providers may be individual contractors who are not employees or agents of Good Samaritan and you may receive a separate bill for their services.

For your convenience, you may pay your bill by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, money order, or cash. Payments may also be made on your bill through MyChart or click here to pay on your bill as a guest through MyChart. You will need your patient account number from your statement.

You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. In the event of receiving emergency care or treatment from an out-of-network provider, you are also protected from surprise or balance billing. Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available to individuals who qualify, whether treatment was provided at the hospital or at one of our Good Samaritan outpatient clinics. Good Samaritan makes it easy to apply for such financial assistance. If you feel you meet the requirements for financial assistance, please contact the Central Billing Office at 812-885-3325 and a representative will be happy to work with you.
