About Spencer

Spencer is from the “recreation capital of Southern Minnesota”- Albert Lea. He earned his BA in Chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus college in St Peter MN, and an MPH from St George’s University. Spencer’s research includes “Development of Rapid LC/MS/MS based Methods for Confirmatory Analysis of Opiates and Benzodiazepines”, which was presented nationally. While earning his MPH, He has developed an interest in decreasing tobacco consumption and the promotion of healthier eating habits. Spencer’s free time is spent woodworking, both creating projects and restoration of "old" projects; listening to classic rock, playing piano and tuba as well as attempting to learn the guitar, playing chess, watching ice hockey and working on his Swedish.
