Good Samaritan Hosts Free Mammogram Screening Event for Uninsured and Underinsured Patients

Good Samaritan is hosting a free mammogram screening event at the Breast Care Center on November 21 for uninsured and underinsured patients.

Crystal Beadles, Breast Care Center Manager, highlighted that this initiative is made possible through generous grant funding from the Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness Trust (IBCAT). "We are deeply thankful to IBCAT for their ongoing support, which enables us to provide these vital screenings to patients in our community," Beadles said. "This event is specifically for individuals who lack insurance or are underinsured and cannot afford a mammogram."

The screening event will occur on November 21 from 2 to 5 p.m. EST at Good Samaritan’s Breast Care Center, 520 S. Seventh Street. Interested individuals must call the Breast Care Center at 812-885-3627 to confirm eligibility and schedule an appointment.
