Radiology
The Radiology Department provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic testing and treatment, using the latest in modern equipment and staff expertise, to permit non-invasive viewing of soft tissue, blood vessels, and the skeletal system. Radiology/Imaging encompasses services such as Bone Densitometry, Breast Ultrasound, CTA, CT Scan, Intravenous Pyelgram, Mammography, Myelogram, Nuclear, Arteriography, PET Scan, and Virtual Colonoscopy.
Professional Staff
Radiology services are provided by professional, technical and support staff who work with American College of Radiology (ACR) board-certified radiologists. These radiologists are licensed and hold advanced certificates in such areas as Mammography, CT Scanning, MRI, PET Scanning, Nuclear Medicine, Vascular Lab, and Ultra Sound. The department employs specially trained technologists and registered nurses to assist with procedures and tests.
Accreditation
Radiology is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the FDA.
